Eligibility
- PhD, MD, DMD, MD/PhD, Do, PharmD, DPT or equivalent.
- Tenure-track, clinician-scientist, research scientists who began/will begin first assistant appointment between 6/1/2024 and 6/1/2027 are eligible for the Investigator Award.
- Investigator Award applicants with clinical appointments must devote 70% to research; non-clinical must devote 80%.
- Senior postdoctoral researchers are eligible for a Research Fellowship.
- Fellowship applicants must devote 70% of time to research if they see patients; 90% of time if they do not.
Description
The goal of the Thome Memorial Foundation Awards Program in Alzheimer’s Disease Drug Discovery Research is to support innovative preclinical and translational drug discovery research that will lead to improved therapies for all individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.
