- MD or PhD and be within 7 years of terminal degree (excluding clinical training)
- Senior postdocs, assistant professor
- May not have/had a NIH RO1 or equivalent
- Must commit 50% of time to all research activities
- May not receive more than $300,000 in other external funding annually
Description
Psoriatic arthritis affects 1.5 million people in the United States. This disease and its underlying mechanisms are incredibly complex and require innovative research to better understand their pathology. This grant aims to provide financial support to early career researchers, studying psoriatic arthritis and/or related mechanisms, who are within a few years of their transition to independence.
