Eligibility
- Must have active AACR membership
- PhD, MD, MD/PhD or equivalent
- Must hold a faculty position – assistant professor, instructor, research assistant professor are all eligible
- Must have begun first independent position within 6 years from start of grant term.
- Must devote 75% of time to research in breast or a gynecological cancer.
- May not be or have been a PI on a substantial independent research award (ie: NIH RO1)
Description
This program is in partnership with the Victoria’s Secret Global Fund for Women’s Cancers to accelerate innovation in cancer research for women, by women. This groundbreaking initiative will fund innovative research aimed at progressing outcomes for women’s cancers and invest in the next generation of women scientists who represent the diverse population they serve.
