Eligibility
- Clinical doctors and research scientists, following completion of their training.
- Have not held a faculty position for more than 4 years.
- Must not have been PI on NIH R01 or equivalent grant.
- Must devote 50% of appointment to research (all).
Description
This award helps advance the careers of young researchers who do not yet have their own major grant support, but who design and conduct their own independent research projects. This is a 2-year award.
